This Bylaw shall be known as the “ Zoning Bylaw No. 4-2014 of the Rural Municipality of
Three Lakes No. 400”.
All development within the limits of the municipality shall be in conformity with the
provisions of this bylaw. The words “shall” or “will” identify a mandatory action or decision,
as the case may be. The words “should” or “may” identify a voluntary action or decision, as the
case may be.
If any part of this Bylaw, including anything shown on the zoning district map, is declared to be
invalid for any reason, by an authority of competent jurisdiction, that decision shall not affect
the validity of the bylaw as a whole, or any other part, section or provision of this bylaw.
